He makes valid points in this video, that Republicans -- if they got organized and got voters out to vote -- could take control of a few City Council seats and take control of the future of this City. But instead we get the unions and public employees deciding every election.
I think Walter is still pissed off about losing to Antonio Villaraigosa.
