Congresswoman Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, the newest entrant into the 2012 Presidential race, was stirring up crowds in Iowa yesterday with her fierce wit and charming common sense.
Bachmann targeted President Obama and said she wanted "a waiver" from the last two years of his leadership.
She also ridiculed government interference by stating loudly and proudly that "Iowans can be trusted with the choice of their own lightbulbs!" It was a comment that got the crowd fired up.
Bachmann was speaking at an event held by Iowa Congressman Steve King, the Conservative Principles PAC.
Instead of trying to give a recap of the event, I'm going to try to find the video and list it here.
