The reclusive Zuma Dogg

City Activist Zuma Dogg has been fairly reclusive since moving to Venice Beach several months ago.

He rarely leaves the area now, and he no longer arrives at Los Angeles City Hall to launch into his trademark high volume tirades against the "fraud, waste, and abuse" that he fought so hard to stop for several years.

While many rival bloggers and activists choose to ridicule Zuma Dogg and denigrate his efforts, it cannot be denied that his presence is missed by many in City Hall.

There is no one else like him. His absence creates a vacuum.

Let's all hope he decides to return to doing what he does best.

Los Angeles politics is less interesting without him.
