The following is my email to President Obama:
Mr. President, I congratulate you on the elimination of American enemy Osama Bin Laden.
However, your refusal to release the photo is a continuation of a pattern of devious and deceptive behavior on your part. American taxpayers paid for that Navy Seal team, and they are entitled to proof of those results.
I am running for Congress in 2012, and am deeply concerned about a government that has grown arrogant towards the people. If you do not release the Bin Laden photo in the next 72 hours, I plan to file a Federal lawsuit seeking its release as a public document.

It looks like Citizens United is going to beat me to the punch....
